To ensure that you receive the special conference rates, you must book your accommodation through the Conference Secretariat via the Registration Form.

Airfares - International and Domestic
The Conference Secretariat operates a licensed travel agency and can provide competitive airfares for your travel to and within Australia. Early booking is recommended. Should you wish to receive a competitive quote, please contact tours@icmsaust.com.au

Mantra - Southbank - SOLD OUT
Located on Grey Street adjacent to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre this hotel has everything a guest needs with stylishly appointed bedrooms, restaurant and bar, swimming pool and spa. The hotel is within walking distance to the Queensland Performing Arts Complex, Mantra South Bank is perfectly located to attract both corporate and leisure travellers.

Rydges Hotel
The newly refurbished 4 ½ star Rydges South Bank is situated in Brisbane's most enviable location, the South Bank arts and entertainment precinct. Rydges South Bank adjoins with the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre via a walkway, it is only a few minutes walk to the Queensland Performing Arts Centre complex, the Queensland Museum, State Library of Queensland and the new magnificent Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA). Downtown Brisbane, the Treasury Casino and the Queen Street Mall are an easy 10 minute stroll away. This unique riverside leisure area is bustling with a myriad of cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques and a cinema.

Chifley Hotel
The Chifley at Lennons is ideally located on the Queen Street Mall right in the heart of the CBD. The Chifley rooms are pleasently appointed with all modern in-room facilities and hotel amenities. Just a pleasant stroll away you will find the Convention Centre, South Bank Parklands, Queensland Art Gallery and Brisbane Botanical Gardens.

Riverside Hotel
The hotel rooms are all air conditioned and a selection of suites have balconies and all the necessary requirement within your room to make your stay comfortable. Quality accommodation situated within walking distance to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Treasury Casino and Queensland Performing Arts. Only a short stroll across the Victoria bridge to Queens Street Mall and Brisbane's shopping district.

Hotel Ibis
Hotel Ibis Brisbane has recently completed a major refurbishment through out the hotel and its amenities. It is conveniently located in the city centre, within easy walking distance to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Queen Street Mall shopping precinct, Treasury Casino, South Bank Parklands, Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Roma Street Transit Centre.

Conditions
You must book your accommodation through the Conference Secretariat via the Registration Form to ensure that you receive these competitive rates.

Deposits
Accommodation will not be confirmed until a deposit of one night’s tariff is received. This deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and will be credited to your room account. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out. If accommodation deposits are not received before 7th July your room will be released back to the hotel. The Conference Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by this date.

Deadline for accommodation bookings
The Secretariat has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels/apartments on 7th July, therefore accommodation bookings and rates reserved after that date cannot be guaranteed. The rates quoted are only valid for bookings made prior to 7th July. Late bookings can be made through the Conference Secretariat after 7th July but are subject to availability and credit card details are required to secure the reservation. One night’s accommodation tariff will be deducted from the supplied credit card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date.

Cancellations
No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 7th July.

Early arrival
Some international flights arrive in Melbourne very early morning. It is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation upon your early arrival as check in is not until 3.00pm at most hotels. If you may require an extra night tariff please state this on your Registration Form so that we can notify the hotel that your room is pre-registered.

Late arrival
Please indicate if you will arrive at your hotel after 6.00pm. Failure to do so might result in your room being released.

Group accommodation bookings
The Secretariat offers organisations the opportunity to contract ten or more rooms for the meeting. This requires a contract to be signed by ICMS Australasia and your organisation to block the group reservation. For further information, please email the Secretariat with the following information: choice of hotel, number of rooms required, check in and out dates, organisation and contact name.

Change of booking
Prior to 7th July, any change in booking must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat registration@crx08.com and NOT directly to the hotel. After 7th July, please contact the hotel directly for any changes to your booking.
