We encourage all delegates to register online for instant confirmation of registration.

Alternatively you can fill in a hard copy of the Registration Form and return it to the Conference Secretariat by fax or post along with your payment. Each delegate must complete a separate form. Photocopy or contact the Secretariat for additional Registration Forms.

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST.

CCRE Delegate:
Each NH&MRC Centre will receive 2 complimentary registrations. Registration must be made via the password protected online form (above). Please contact the head of your CCRE for the password to access the complimentary online form.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees and other activities must accompany all Registration Forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express
• Personal or Company Cheque: made payable to CRX08 or Clinical Research Excellence Conference
• Tax Invoice & Bank Transfer: Bank details will be supplied on a Tax Invoice if requested. Please fax the transfer receipt to (+61 3) 9682 0344

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat registration@crx08.com Cancellations received prior to 4 July 2008 will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund however substitute delegates will be accepted. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances.

The CRX08 Committees and the Meeting Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Committee and Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The meeting does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
