Each NH&MRC Centre will receive 2 complimentary registrations. Registration must be made via the password protected online form (above). Please contact the head of your CCRE for the password to access the complimentary online form.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees and other activities must accompany all Registration Forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:
• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express
• Personal or Company Cheque: made payable to CRX08 or Clinical Research Excellence Conference
• Tax Invoice & Bank Transfer: Bank details will be supplied on a Tax Invoice if requested. Please fax the transfer receipt to (+61 3) 9682 0344
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat registration@crx08.com Cancellations received prior to 4 July 2008 will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund however substitute delegates will be accepted. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances.
